📊 Response Report

Response Report is a visual analytics feature in FormNX that lets you see how respondents answered your form questions at a glance. It generates pie charts that break down the selections for each question, showing you the percentage or total count of users who chose each option.

This feature is available on the free plan - no upgrade required.

What Does Response Report Analyze?​

Response Report works with form fields that have selectable options:

  • Drop-down menus - see which options respondents selected most
  • Radio buttons - understand the distribution of single-choice answers
  • Star ratings - view how respondents rated on a star scale
  • Scale ratings - analyze numeric scale responses
  • Checkboxes - see which options were selected and how often

For each of these field types, the report generates a pie chart showing how responses are distributed across the available options.

How to Access Response Report​

Follow these steps to open the Response Report for any form:

Step 1: Go to Your Forms List​

Navigate to your FormNX dashboard where all your forms are listed.

Step 2: Open the More Options Menu​

Find the form you want to analyze and click the three dots (more options menu) next to it.

Step 3: Click "Response Report"​

From the menu that appears, click Response Report. This will open the report view for that form.

Understanding the Report​

Once the report opens, you will see pie charts for each qualifying question in your form.

Each pie chart shows:

  • The question text as the chart title
  • Each option as a segment of the pie, with a distinct color
  • Percentage or count of respondents who selected each option

This makes it easy to identify trends, popular choices, and response patterns without needing to export data to a spreadsheet.
